We work with departments or organizations that have between 3 to 25 employees. We specialize in these smaller group settings, which allows us to focus on building meaningful relationships with you and your team.

While your organization may employ hundreds of people, we focus on the individual departments within the larger organization.

Question 5

I've already decided I want to go with the EIO Program. Do I have to get the other solutions?

Yes. The findings from the MAGIC: Map & Report and the MAGIC: Team Review are necessary to implement the MAGIC: EIO Program. That is why we begin all of our clients with the MAGIC: Map & Report. At the conclusion of this, we can discuss if you would like to partner with us for our other solutions.

Operational sustainability is a process, and it takes time to implement an detailed plan. We'll get there soon enough.

My department only has a few employees. Can I ask another department to join in on a combined service?

Due to departmental differences (i.e. structure, reporting, staff, workflows, etc.), each department would have to request separate services. This allows us to provide the best service for everyone and to streamline the process.
